Description

Train detector works by detecting a change in temperature that occurs when a warm body or object (engine) moves across the sensor’s field of view. This causes a change internally that triggers a 3rd pin to ground. 5 V DC 600MA  Normally when not triggered it is an open circuit. This is a great way to have your projects light up when you walk up to them . And have your lights turn off automatically when you leave. Work with all our sound cards and Crossing gate animation kits including your computer interface. Use this sensor to detect when you or your train as it passes, triggering a crossing gate, sounds, oil well pump, Lights, etc. Range is 3 to 8 yards.
